Plugin install option not working (on work device)

I'm using PyCharm 2024.1.1 (Community Edition) on my work device.
1) I can see a list of plugins on Marketplace sometimes but whenever I try to install any of them it doesn't even get started for installation. Attaching the screenshot for the same.
2) Also, sometimes it says “Marketplace plugins are not loaded.Check the internet connection & refresh” even though I'm connected to VPN. Attaching the screenshot for the same.

Hi Shahria74 , this issue requires thorough investigation, please create an issue on YouTrack: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY, attach all relevant information for quicker resolution (including IDE logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data)
