Pin updated app to start menu, if old version was pinned

It would be nice, if the toolbox would do another check for every app it is updating. It should check whether the app is pinned to the start menu (and task menu). If that is the case, the toolbox should create a similar pin for the update.

Reason: It is annoying that we have to pin all the IDEs again every time toolbox updates them.
