Got locked out from hub, how to enable builtin authorization from settings folder

Hi,

I have disabled builtin authorization and enabled SAML authentication, but my SAML setup is not working and now Iam unable to login to HUB.

Is there any way I could login by changing the settings in the configuration folder without reinstalling the HUB?
