Youtrack Zendesk Integration - Internal Notes Follow
Hi,
I've successfully integrated Zendesk into Youtrack but cannot seem to figure out how to add a comment as an Internal Note. I've tried setting the comment visibility to only my user but I get the following error:
'You can't set permitted group to issue comment because of license restrictions.'
I'm not sure if this is a restriction of my Youtrack license or Zendesk. Can anyone shed any light?
