JIRA Auth module issues Follow
Answered
Hi,
We have been using JIRA as an auth provider with Jira version 6.x and Upsource version 2.0. Now, as we have upgraded Jira to 7.3, we have got strage errors and authentication was failed. So instead of finding a solution for that we have also upgraded Upsource to 3.5 .
Now we got this error.
"Cannot get JIRA user data due to JIRA server processing problem: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?"
Does this mean, that we must provide an SSL URL for accessing JIRA? (Both systems are installed to the same machine, and we access them via an HTTPS proxy.)
Any idea?
Thx,
Balazs

Short summary: please import the certificate of the JIRA host to the trusted SSL certificates in Hub and then use https.
