Access Hub from Internet Follow

I installed Hub, YouTrack and Upsource on local server.

Local server IP is 192.168.1.221

Hub services:

HUB: http://192.168.1.221:7000/hub

Upsource: http://192.168.1.211:7002

YouTrack: http://192.168.1.221:7001

Everything works from local network.

All ports are opened and forwarded on router / firewall.

But problem is when I access to the hub from another network - from internet.

I use this Hub addess : http://PUBLIC_IP:7000/hub

Hub web site is loaded and I can log in. It works.

But when I try access from Hub to YouTrack I am fowarded to local adress http://192.168.1.221:7001.
